SEED/HOUSE,2003

2003 installation in Grinnell Iowa, commissioned as part of the "Roots of Renewal" year-long symposium and exhibition which addressed the changing face and identity of the agricultural Midwest. Seed/House was a collaboration with artist Linda Gammell, with input and assistance from local farmers, gardeners and clergy. It was created in honor of local ‘placeholders’ for whom change is rooted in what they hold dear.
